IO-HTML version 0.04, released February 4, 2012
This module opens a file and performs automatic charset detection
based on the HTML5 algorithm.  You can then pass the filehandle to
HTML::Parser or a related module (or just read it yourself).
INSTALLATION
To install this module, run the following commands:
	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

    Here's what's new in version 0.04 of IO-HTML:

	- Require Encode 2.10 to get the utf-8-strict encoding.
	  This is only an issue with Perl 5.8.6 and earlier.
